1. The BARANGY 109-A, TACLOBAN CITY, through 20% EDF of 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS only (Php 195,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CONCERTE SIGNAGE (I LOVE BARANGAY 109-A) AT BARANGAY 109-A, TACLOBAN CITY received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BARANGY 109-A, TACLOBAN CITY now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within Seven (7) days after the issuance of Notice to Proceed/ Purchase Order.
