1. Invitation to Bid
The Municipality of San Miguel, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites qualified suppliers to submit bids for the PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 8 UNITS OF TOILETS WITH SEPTIC TANK FOR 4P-s BENEFICIARIES under its approved Annual Budget for 2025. The total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Four Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand One Hundred Sixty Pesos (PhP 468,160.00). All procurement activities will be governed by the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184.
2. Price Quotation Requirements
• Quotations must be in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• Quotations exceeding the ABC will be automatically rejected.
