INVITATION TO BID FOR the
Purchase of Materials for the COMMUNITY PLAZA PHASE 5 OF BARANGAY SABANG San Jose, Camarines Sur
1. The Local Government Unit of SABANG, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund C/Y 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixteen Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Four Pesos and 7/100 (Php 116,264.07) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Materials for the COMMUNITY PLAZA PHASE 5 at Barangay Sabang San Jose, Camarines Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU-SABANG now invites bids for the COMMUNITY PLAZA PHASE 5 AT BARANGAY SABANG, SAN JOSE, CAMARINES SUR. Delivery of the Goods is required 7 days after receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within 7 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
