1. The Municipality of Anda, Bohol through the 20% Development Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Three Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php 493,600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Purchase of Materials and Rental of Equipment for the Widening of Road from Suba to Sta. Cruz, Anda, Bohol under Contract No. 2025-01-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Anda, Bohol now invites bids for the Purchase of Materials for the Rental of Equipment for the Widening of Road from Suba to Sta. Cruz, Anda, Bohol. Delivery of Goods is required within thirty (30) Days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
