The Municipality of Cervantes, Ilocos Sur, through the MO-MOOE intends to apply the FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF MACHINERIES of the Local Government Units of Cervantes, Ilocos Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
