1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF MAKATO, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION AND FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 2, 500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF LOT BY THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF MAKATO FOR MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING IN POBLACION, MAKATO, AKLAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
