1)The Local Government of Payao, through the General Appropriation Ordinance FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Pesos Only (Php 799,230.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Livelihood Assistance for Fisherfolks. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
