1)The Local Government of Payao, through the General Appropriations Ordinance FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,900.000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Led Wall (LDRRMO). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
