Note:

1. All entries must be legibly written.
2. Delivery period within three (3) calendar days.
3. Warranty shall be for a period of six (6) months for supplies and materials, one (1) year for equipment from the date of acceptance by the procuring entity.
4. PHILGEPS registration certificate, photocopy of mayor-s, permit, income tax return and omnibus sworn statement will be asked to the winning bidder per 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184.

The Procuring Entity of Barangay Minutes of pre-bid conference was held in Barangay Office of Barangay Villaba, Tangub City, and wishes to receive Bids for the PURCHASE LAWN MOWER FOR THE USE OF BARANGAY with Identification Number VIL-2025-03-01

Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at Barangay Office, Barangay Villaba, Tangub City. Late bids shall not be accepted.
