1. The Municipality of Camalaniugan through the GENERAL FUND (MASO) intends to apply the sum FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS & 00/100 ONLY (P50,000.00) being the approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the hereunder project:
