Invitation to Bid for Goods
(Purchase of Laboratory Supplies, Consumables, and Reagents)

1. The Municipality of Batuan, through the MOOE 2025 and Appropriation Ordinance No.12-05-2025 intends to apply the sum Five Hundred Nine Thousand Three Hundred Fifteen Pesos (Php 509,315.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IB Solicitation No. 2025-105. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

2. The Municipality of Batuan now invites bids for the above Procurement and Delivery of Goods is required within 40 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
