INVITATION TO BID
FOR
PURCHASE OF LABORATORY SUPPLIES AND REAGENTS

1.The Municipal Government of Bayambang, through the GAD - 2024intends to apply the
sum of THREE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS
(PhP310,450.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF
LABORATORY SUPPLIES AND REAGENTS / NJQ-GOODS-03-2025-003. Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Bayambang now invites bids for the following lot.
