The Municipality of Cervantes, Ilocos Sur, through the LGU-GAD FUND intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (P 260,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF LABORATORY SUPPLIES of the Local Government Units of Cervantes, Ilocos Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
