1. The City Government of Dumaguete, through Source of Fund: Responsibility Center: 4411-336(25) / Account Code: 1-07-05-010 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos(Php 1,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Job Order One (1) Lot One(1) Brand New Generator Set (100KVA, 3-Phase, Silent Type, Dual Voltage with Automatic Transfer Switch, Electrical Room to House the Circuit Breakers) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Dumaguete now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by the End-user within 45 working days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
