This refers to our project PURCHASE OF IT EQUIPMENTS/COMPUTER SET (E-TRACS PROGRAM WORK STATION) FOR MUNICIPAL TREASURER-S OFFICE, LGU - ALICIA, BOHOL with the ABC of Php 99,000.00. The BAC will undertake alternative method of procurement through REQUEST FOR QUOTATION since the approved Budget of Contract for the project does not exceed the threshold.

In connection thereto, we the BAC sending and requesting your end to quote your price in the attached form (REQUEST FOR QUOTATION of Supplies/Materials) as you are one of our prospective supplier for the said project and please return the quoted form in signed and sealed envelope and submit it to the office of the BAC, LGU-Alicia, Bohol on or before May 20, 2025 before 10:00 o-clock in the morning.
