1. The Municipal Government of Bayambang, through the GENERAL FUND - 2025 & TRUST
FUND intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION EIGHTY-EIGHT THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED FOURTEEN PESOS (PhP 4,088,214.00) being the ABC to payments under
the contract for the PURCHASE OF I.T. EQUIPMENT / NJQ-GOODS-07-2025-040. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Municipal Government of Bayambang now invites bids for the following lot.
