1. The Municipality of Malabuyoc, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Pesos only (PhP 455,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Purchase of Iron Supplements for Pregnant and Lactating Mothers with Advertisement Number 2025-096. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Malabuyoc now invites bids for Purchase of Iron Supplements for Pregnant and Lactating Mothers. Delivery of the Goods is required after Receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
