The [Local Government Unit of Inopacan, Leyte], through the [Capital Outlay of 5% LDRRM Fund of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) with AIP Ref Code 1000-000-3-1-01-012-003 in the approved 2025 General Fund Annual Budget appropriated for the Purchase of Emergency Generator for New Evacuation Center & Super Health Center intends to apply the sum of [One Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php1,400,000.00)] being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC)to payments under the contract for the [Purchase & Installation of Emergency Generator for New Evacuation Center and Super Health Center]. Bids and received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
