INVITATION TO BID FOR
PURCHSE, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
OF EARLY WARNING COMMUNICATION AND MONITORING EQUIPMENT

1. The Municipality of Bontoc, through the 5% LDRRMF intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P2,100,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Purchase, Installation and Maintenance of Early Warning Communication and Monitoring Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Bontoc now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by forty-five (45) days upon the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
