INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF INDUSTRIAL ACETYLENE & INDUSTRIAL OXYGEN

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF HILONGOS, through the GENERAL FUND-CURRENT APPROPRIATION-REPAIR & MAINTENANCE: MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT-HEAVY EQUIPMENT intends to apply the sum of SEVENTY FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE PESOS (₱74,885.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF INDUSTRIAL ACETYLENE & INDUSTRIAL OXYGEN HILONGOS GF-2025-03-087. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF HILONGOS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
