Invitation to Bid for
PURCHASE OF ICT EQUIPMENT, BARAS, RIZAL
1. The Municipality of Baras, through the OFFICE OF THE MAYOR, NBI, BUDGET OFFICE (Supplemental Budget No. 1) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED NINETY FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (PHP 1,594,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for procurement PURCHASE OF ICT EQUIPMENT, BARAS, RIZAL under PR. No. 2025-07-1293. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Baras now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The delivery of the Goods is required within the delivery stated in Section VI Schedule of Requirements of the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
