Invitation to Bid
PURCHASE OF ICT EQUIPMENT FOR 1ST AND 2ND QUARTER OF 2025 (ACCOUNTING, ENGINEERING AND MCR), BARAS, RIZAL
1. The Municipality of Baras, through the GENERAL FUND 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (Php 188,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF ICT EQUIPMENT FOR 1ST AND 2ND QUARTER OF 2025 (ACCOUNTING, ENGINEERING AND MCR), BARAS, RIZAL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Baras now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Two (2) days after NTP. Bidders should have completed, within 15 Calendar Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project or based on the schedule stated in the program . The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
