PHASE I AT BARANGAY SAN ANTONIO, San Jose, Camarines Sur

1. The Local Government Unit of SAN ANTONIO, intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED
SEVENTY SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED NINETY THREE PESOS AND ELEVEN CENTAVOS (Php
476,693.11 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under
thecontract for the Purchase of Supply of Hardware Materials for the CONSTRUCTION OF
MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING PHASE I at Barangay San Antonio, San Jose, Camarines Sur.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-SAN ANTONIO now invites bids for the PURCHASE OF SUPPLY OF
HARDWARE MATERIALS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING PHASE I AT
BARANGAY SAN ANTONIO, SAN JOSE, CAMARINES SUR. Delivery of the Goods is fifteen
