INVITATION TO BID: PURCHASE OF HANDHELD RADIOS Approved Budget for the Contract: PHP 200,000.00
1. Barangay New Cabalan now invites bids from eligible bidders for the Project: PURCHASE OF HANDHELD RADIOS to be conducted through the government open competitive bidding procedures specified under the implementing Rules and Regulations Part A (IRRA) of the Republic Act No 9148 otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act.

2. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Barangay New Cabalan, Olongapo City and inspect the bidding documents at the address given above from November 11, 2025 to November 25, 2025 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm office hours.

3. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the address above and upon payment of non-refundable fee in the amount of Five hundred pesos (500.00).

4. A method of payment will be in the form of cash. The bidding documents shall be received personally by the prospective bidder or his authorized representative.
