Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF GROCERY PACKAGE TO BE DISTRIBUTED FOR THE SPECIAL PROGRAM TO BARANGAY OFFICIALS AND VOLUNTEERS

1. The City Government of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, through the Appropriations Ordinance of 2025, intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Five Hundred Pesos Only (P19,500,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for: Purchase of Grocery Package to be distributed for the Special Program to Barangay Officials and Volunteers (BP-25-08-0167). Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.

3. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country whose laws or regulations grant similar rights or privileges to Filipin...
