1. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog, through the 2025 5% CALAMITY FUND - WELFARE GOODS EXPENSE approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Pesos and Only (PhP 2,666,000.00) for PURCHASE OF GROCERY ITEMS FOR STOCKPILING OF FOOD SUPPLIES FOR RELIEF ASSISTANCE OF AFFECTED POPULATION OF ANY CALAMITIES. SUBHECT FOR INVENTORY OF SUPPLIES OF GSO UNDER PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER 100-2025-01-0183 being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
