INVITATION TO BID FOR PURCHASE OF GROCERY ITEMS TO BE USED FOR SUPPLEMENTAL FEEDING STUNTED & WASTED CHILDREN UNDER PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER 100-2025-02-0352

1. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog, through the DONATIONS-SUPPLEMENTAL FEEDING STUNTED & WASTED CHILDREN (5-02-99-080) approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Seven Pesos Only (PhP 1,399,987.00) for PURCHASE OF GROCERY ITEMS TO BE USED FOR SUPPLEMENTAL FEEDING STUNTED & WASTED CHILDREN UNDER PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER 100-2025-02-0352 being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
