INVITATION TO BID FOR PURCHASE OF GROCERY ITEMS TO BE USED FOR FOOD ASSISTANCE TO PRIORITY 6-23 MONTHS PRESCHOOLER UNDER PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER 100-2025-02-0317

1. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog, through the DONATIONS-FOOD ASSISTANCE TO PRIORITY 6-23 MONTHS PRESCHOOLER (5-02-99-080) approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Five Pesos Only (PhP 1,599,805.00) for PURCHASE OF GROCERY ITEMS TO BE USED FOR FOOD ASSISTANCE TO PRIORITY 6-23 MONTHS PRESCHOOLER UNDER PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER 100-2025-02-0317 being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
