The Municipality of Malvar through the Continuing Appropriation of 2023 intends to apply the total sum of Two Million Pesos (P 2,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF GENERATOR SET - MALVAR CULTURAL CENTER AT POBLACION MALVAR, BATANGAS with Solicitation Number G-092024-009801. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
