The Municipal Government of Tangalan, Aklan through the 5% DRRM FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 150,000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF GENERATOR SET in Tangalan, Aklan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
