PURCHASE OF GENERAL MERCHANDISE FOR OPERATIONALIZATION OF BAHAY KALINGA

IB NO. GSA-2025-093

1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of One Million Ninety Four Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Three Pesos and 80/100 Only (Php 1,094,563.80) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Purchase of General Merchandise for operationalization of Bahay Kalinga. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro - Procurement Division Goods and Services Section now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
