1. The Municipality of Tubungan, through TRUST FUND - Due to NGA-s - DOST-Empowering Indigenous Cultural Communities intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (₱290,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Purchase of General Decorticating Machine for Igpaho Agri-Forestry Associations. Inc. - DOST-CEST Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Tubungan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 days upon receipt.
