*IN THE EVENT THAT THE LOWEST RESPONSIVE BID HAS NO FUEL STATION OR DEPOT CONTRACT WITHIN DANGCAGAN PROPER, THE WINNING BIDDER SHALL PROVIDE TANK AND FUEL DISPENSER FOR THE DIESEL & GASOLINE INCLUDING TRAINING ON OPERATION.

BID DOCUMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO SUPPLIER/BIDDERS UPON THE PAYMENT OF NON-REFUNDABLE AMOUNT (PHP 5,000.00) TO THE BAC OFFICE.

THE LGU-DANGCAGAN ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITIES WHATSOEVER TO COMPENSATE OR IDENTIFY BIDDERS FOR ANY EXPENSES INCURRED IN THE PREPARATION OF THE BID.
