INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
Purchase of fuel , oil and lubricants for various vehicle of various offices of the LGU

1.The Municipality of Lemery, through the Annual Budget 2025 intend to apply the sum of Ten Million Seven Hundred Seventy- Five Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty- Nine Pesos & 68/100 (P 10,775,869.68 ), being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of fuel , oil and lubricants for various vehicle of various offices of the LGU. Bds received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Municipality of Lemery now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for 11 months. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised ...
