INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF FUEL, OIL AND LUBRICANTS

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF HILONGOS, through the GENERAL FUND (2026) FUEL, OIL AND LUBRICANTS EXPENSES intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FORTY-NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY-THREE PESOS & 02/100 (₱2,049,863.02) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF FUEL, OIL AND LUBRICANTS HILONGOS GF-2025-12-275. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF H ILONGOS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 365 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
