Description : INVITATION TO BID / REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The Municipality of Allacapan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/distributors/contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

Name of Contract: Purchase of Fuel oil and Lubricants (1st Quarter 2026)
Brief Description: 43,875 liters diesel and 2700 liters premium - for LGU vehicles

Prospective bidders should have experience undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years with at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening and the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
