INVITATION FOR THE

PURCHASE OF FUEL (GASOLINE AND DIESEL)FOR THE CONDUCT OF REGULAR BARANGAY VISITATION, MONITORING AND MOBILIZATION OF THE MUN. MAYOR AND OTHER OFFICES OF LGU AMBULATORY SERVICES

1. The Municipal Government of Tulunan, through General Appropriation Ordinance CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of ₱2,075,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for the above cited project- PB 2025-07. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Tulunan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery Period is required by 6 months. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
