1. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod, Davao del Norte intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Pesos & 68/100 Only (Php 754,999.68)being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract on Purchase of Fuel (Diesoline). Bids in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod now invites bids for Purchase of Fuel (Diesoline). Delivery of goods is required within seven calendar days upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
