1. The Municipality of Baco through 20% Development Fund 2024 (Supplemental No.4) intends to apply the sum of Four hundred eighty seven thousand pesos only (Php 487,000.00) for the Goods Project being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Purchase of Four (4) units Brand New Riding Type Hand Tractor to be used in Municipal Agriculture Office. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Baco now invites PhilGEPS registered supplier/distributors to bid for Purchase of Four (4) units Brand New Riding Type Hand Tractor to be used in Municipal Agriculture Office. Delivery of Goods is required within thirty (30) days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II of ITB.
