PURCHASE OF FORTY-ONE (41) UNITS OF CHAINSAW TO BE USED DURING CLEARING OPERATIONS OF MDRRMO, MUNICIPALITY OF OTON, ILOILO

1. The Local Government Unit of Oton, through OTHER PPE-S-70% LDRRMF CONTINUING intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,165,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF FORTY-ONE (41) UNITS OF CHAINSAW TO BE USED DURING CLEARING OPERATIONS OF MDRRMO, MUNICIPALITY OF OTON, ILOILO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Oton now invites bids for the PURCHASE OF FORTY-ONE (41) UNITS OF CHAINSAW TO BE USED DURING CLEARING OPERATIONS OF MDRRMO, MUNICIPALITY OF OTON, ILOILO.
