Description : 1. The [Local Government Unit of Inopacan, Leyte], through the [Appropriated for Supplemental Feeding-Food under the expense class MOOE of the SPA-LCPC of the MSWDO in the approved 2025 General Fund Annual Budget by the 15th Sangguniang Bayan of Inopacan, Leyte] intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos Only (Php 490,700.00) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the [Purchase of Food Supplies for Feeding Program]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The [Local Government Unit of Inopacan, Leyte] now invites bids for the [Purchase of Food Supplies for Feeding Program].

3. Delivery of the Goods is required by [30 calendar days after contract signing]. Bidders should have completed, within 30 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
