1. The Local Government Unit of Balatan, Camarines Sur, through AVAILABLE SAVINGS BUDGET CY 2025 (Resolution No. 2025-241) intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (Php 384,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract PURCHASE OF FOOD PACKS (FROZEN AND DRY GOODS) [GOODS-SVP-2025-12-079]. Offers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of offers.
