INVITATION TO BID FOR
PURCHASE OF FOOD ASSISTANCE (ASSISTANCE TO INDIGENT INDIVIDUALS OR FAMILIES)
1. The Local Government Unit of Rapu-Rapu, Albay, through the LGSF - Financial Assistance to LGUs, FY 2024 GAA, downloaded fund from Bureau of the Treasury intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos Only (Php 1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF FOOD ASSISTANCE (ASSISTANCE TO INDIGENT INDIVIDUALS OR FAMILIES). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Rapu-Rapu, Albay now invites bids for PURCHASE OF FOOD ASSISTANCE (ASSISTANCE TO INDIGENT INDIVIDUALS OR FAMILIES). Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
