Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Lagayan, thru the MDRRM 5% LDRRM Fund, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only. (300, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract "PURCHASE OF FOOD AND NON-FOOD STOCKPILE FOR EMERGENCY". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Lagayan, now invites bids for the PURCHASE OF FOOD AND NON-FOOD STOCKPILE FOR EMERGENCY to be delivered at Poblacion Lagayan, Abra.
