1) Please submit your quotation together with your eligibility requirements to the City General Services Office, City Annex Building, Brgy. Zapote., City of Binan, Laguna on July 8, 2025, on or before 10:00 AM. Opening of quotation shall be on the same date at 1:00 PM. No late bids will be accepted.
2) Please address your quotation to: The BAC Chairman, Binan City, Laguna. Please indicate outside the sealed envelope the reference number, the project title and "Do not open before July 8, 2025, 1:00 PM.
3) Procurement will be conducted through open competitive procedure using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act."
4) The City Government of Binan reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 41 of RA 9184 and its IRR, ...
