1) The Environmental Management Bureau Region XI ,through the General Appropriation Fund CY 2026 and Environmental Revolving Fund intends to apply the sum of Php 2,470,704.00 or two million, four hundred seventy thousand, seven hundred four pesos, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Fleet Cards for Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricants (POL) for twelve (12) units EMB XI Service Vehicle and one (1) Admin Card (Generator Set) for CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
