The Bicol University-UDRRM, through the Corporate Budget approved by the Board of Regents (F-05) intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand and 00/100 Pesos Only (PhP 389,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under Purchase of First Responder Bag and Contents for UDRRM, and Safety Officers

The Bicol University now requests quotations from suppliers for Purchase of First Responder Bag and Contents for UDRRM, and Safety Officers

Procurement will be conducted through NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT, an alternative method of procurement specified and prescribed under Rule XVI - Alternative Modes of Procurement, Section 53.9 - Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement), of the 2016 Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as Government Procurement Reform Act.
