" The Local Government Unit of Calinog, through the General Fund - HSF 2026 Intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION PESOS ONLY (Php. 1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF FIREWORKS DISPLAY IN LINE WITH THE CELEBRATION OF HIRINUGYAW SUGUIDANONAY FESTIVAL 2026 HIGHLIGHTS Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
