The Municipality of Kalibo, through the General Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Pesos (Php653,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of Fireworks Display for the Celebration of the Kalibo Sto. Niño Ati-Atihan Festival 2026 of the Municipality of Kalibo, Aklan with identification number 01-012-007-26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
