1.The Local Government of Tampakan, through the AO#3-AB CY2025 GF-PROPER 4411-5-02-03-070 intends to apply the sum Four Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Four Pesos Only (Php 496,824.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF FERROUS SULFATE WITH FOLIC ACID USE TO PREVENT AND TREAT IRON DEFICIENCY AMONG PREGNANT AND POSTPARTUM WOMEN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Local Government of Tampakan, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) working days.
